5:30-6:45 pm: Gentle Yoga with Lauren
6:00 -7:15 pm: Vinyasa 2 with Jen

WEDNESDAY

9:15-10:30 am: Slow Vinyasa Flow with Elsa
10:45-12:00 am: Chair Yoga Fusion with Trish

4:30-5:30 Yoga Breath + Restore with Lili 6:00-7:15 pm: Yin / Yang with Lili
