We Provide Expert Care
Learn in a private yoga lesson what may take days or weeks to learn in a group class. Working one on one in a private yoga therapy session helps you focus on areas that need more attention due to illness or injury. Semi-private sessions are a fun way to get a couple or small group together to share in the learning experience.
If you are new to yoga: In a private yoga lesson the teacher can ensure you are practicing with the right alignment, proper breathing, and give you strategies for adding strength and balance. Learn in a few sessions with a yoga personal trainer what may take weeks to learn in group classes.
If you are recovering: You can make good progress in your practice and focus on areas that need more attention as you continue to build strength. Sometimes after being released from the physical therapist the body still isn’t back up to speed. Working one-on-one in a private yoga therapy session can help you achieve your goals, build confidence and prepare you for group classes.
If you want advanced training: If you want to improve your strength and balance as you explore inversions, arm balances, other complex asanas, a personal trainer right by your side can help you progress farther. Sometimes there are alignment issues that need to be addressed before taking a pose to it's fullest expression.
