Evening classes Tuesdays & Thursdays will go from 5:30 - 6:30

Monday 10:45 will be Gentle Strength

Wednesday 10:45 will be Yoga for Therapy

5:30-6:45 pm: Core Yoga with Lauren
6:30 -7:45 pm: Vinyasa 2 with Jennifer
