Jen Martin's Tuesday night Yoga for Strength is now scheduled from 5:15-6:15, followed by Vinyasa Flow at 6:30.
Lauren Rogers will begin teaching PiYo on Thursdays from 5:15-6:15 starting September 1st, so come and give it a try! PiYo is a format that keeps you moving with pilates and yoga movements you will be familiar with. PiYo introduces you to dynamic, flowing sequences that can give you a good cardio workout while lengthening and toning your muscles and increasing your flexibility. This class is followed by Vinyasa Flow at 6:30.
Beginning September 11, Peggy Lindauer's Kundalini Yoga will be on the schedule each Sunday from 5:00 - 6:15 to give you a chance to explore this practice to build physical vitality, balance your nerves, and increase consciousness. This class is suitable for all levels.
