The full moon is a time for cleansing, letting go, or changing direction. During the full moon our glands are most active, which might make us feel out of sorts, in one way or another; restless, angry, or confused. But we can channel that energy, using the pressure on the glandular system to accelerate emotional wellness and healing on all levels.

In anticipation of the full moon, we’ll practice a kriya (sequence of postures, movement and breath) for the glandular system, followed by a meditation that nurtures our innate ability to feel peaceful and secure. Sign up here!
