Art of Balance Yoga is offering a class for Teens in June & July, Wednesdays from 10:30 – 11:45. Trish Schornagel will teach all of the major poses and introduce breathing techniques called pranayama, ending each class with Yoga Nidra, or guided meditation.
Teenagers, perhaps more than anyone, need to ease the everyday stresses and pressures of their lives. Come and find out what all the buzz is about, why yoga is such a cool thing to be doing and how it helps people find focus and relaxation. A yoga class is the perfect pause in between the hectic worlds of study, chores, friends, and summer jobs.
