We are pleased to offer 2 Hatha For Strength classes each week: Michelle Etcho will teach this format on Mondays at 10:00 beginning the 13th and Jennifer Martin will teach it on Thursdays at 12:00 through the 9th, then her class moves to 10:30 beginning the 16th. Come try these classes out and bring along a friend while the FREE Class Passes are still available. They are sure to make you stronger!
Other news: Beginning Tuesday April 14th, the 8:00 Yoga Basics class will meet at 9:00, as will the Thursday Yoga Basics class beginning the 16th. Our Wednesday Vinyasa Flow class will begin at 10:00 starting the 15th.
So we spring forward in the morning classes and now is the time to settle in and grow some deep roots.
