Our classes are taught by a talented group of certified yoga teachers who bring their different methodologies and skills to each class, giving everyone a well-rounded and enjoyable learning experience. Work at your own pace. This is a non-competitive environment to explore new things.

Art of Balance Yoga offers a wide range of classes 7 days-a-week to accommodate your schedule and ability.  Classes include: Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Slow Vinyasa Flow, Gentle Yoga, Core Yoga,  Yoga All Levels, Yoga for Awareness, Yoga for Flexibility, Gentle Yoga & Restorative, and we now have Barre and Yoga Essentials!

Take your yoga practice/teaching to the next step with workshops to deepen your skill and knowledge of yoga.  We  have workshops and special classes on occasion to challenge your mind and body in new ways and explore new subject matter from guest teachers.

August Workshop

Resonate Flow + Sound Bath

August 12 from 4:30-6:00 - Immerse yourself in movement, stillness and sound. Begin with a gentle warm up that crescendos to an active, flow sequence fueled by the power of the breath. Ease your body into longer held passive yet supported poses that allow the systems of the body to relax, restore and be more receptive to meditation. Link to youtube here.
