Art of Balance Yoga offers yoga classes to people seeking to bring more balance to their lives.

Our classes are taught by a talented group of yoga teachers who infuse their classes with their unique life experiences, skills and talents. We all share the same desire to teach with concentration on breath and inward focus so that all students may gain the balance they need from their own, individual practice.

It is our sincere hope that everyone who tries yoga with us has a well-rounded and enjoyable learning experience. We invite you to work at your own pace while fostering patience and curiosity with your asana and yourself. This is a non-competitive environment in which to explore new possibilities and maybe put a smile on your face and a spring in your step.

Art of Balance Yoga offers a wide range of classes 7 days-a-week to accommodate your schedule and ability.  Classes include: Yin Yoga, Vinyasa, Slow Vinyasa Flow, Gentle Yoga, Core Yoga, Strength + Alignment and Yoga for Therapy.

Take your yoga practice to the next step with workshops and special classes to deepen your knowledge of yoga.  We  offer a variety of opportunities over the year to challenge your mind and body in new ways and to explore new subject matter with guest teachers. Yoga Teachers can earn CEC's from workshops.

Meet The Teacher: Lauren 


Here at Art of Balance Yoga we are so fortunate to have a very talented staff of teachers and we have decided to celebrate and share what makes them each so special and unique!
✨Meet the Teacher✨
Lauren Rogers RYT 200
Lauren completed her Teacher Training as a part of Art of Balance’s first class of TTs in June of last year. Prior to that, she was certified to teach various Group Exercise formats, and is currently working to deepen her study of Yoga at Beloved Yoga (Reston) in the 300 hour program. Lauren hopes to bring a sense of balancing effort and ease, strength and softness to all of her classes and includes a focus on moving from the center in everything she teaches. She encourages her students to strengthen and engage with their core, finding and expressing the power that radiates from that center space physically, energetically, and emotionally. It is her hope that her students will connect and engage in this way long after they have left their mats. Lauren loves the outdoors and connects deeply to nature, where she finds much inspiration for her classes. She lives on 5 acres in the Hartwood area of Stafford with her two children, and various animals. You can find Lauren in the studio Tuesday 5:30pm and Friday 9:30am for Core Yoga, and every other Saturday for 9am Vinyasa and 10:30am Gentle Yoga.
