Art of Balance Yoga Studio offers yoga classes to students seeking to bring more balance to their lives.

Our classes are taught by a talented group of certified yoga teachers who bring their different methodologies, skills, and unique life experiences to each class.  It is our sincere hope that everyone who tries yoga with us has a well-rounded and enjoyable learning experience. Work at your own pace while being kind and patient with yourself.  This is a non-competitive environment to explore new possibilities and discover a little more about yourself.

 Anatomical Geography: Mapping the Bony Landmarks of the Body. This 4 hr workshop is from 1:00-5:00 on Sunday 28th —Yoga teachers earn 4 CEC's. Mary makes yoga anatomy fun and accessible so join us if you can. Learn more here / Sign up here.

Exploring the Axial Body: Mapping the Vertebral Column. Mary returns for an engaging workshop dedicated to the vertebral column in all its glory. We will construct models of vertebral bodies, act like spinous processes and facet joints, and take our vertebral columns through their full range of movement via asana. Recognizing that our commitments to change may be easier said than done, so we'll practice a kriya (sequence of movements) that feeds our keep-up spirit.

Art of Balance Yoga offers a wide range of classes 7 days-a-week to accommodate your schedule and ability.  Classes include: Yin Yoga, Vinyasa 1 & 2, Slow Vinyasa Flow, Gentle Yoga, Core Yoga,  Yoga for Awareness, Yoga for Flexibility, Gentle & Restorative and Yoga Essentials!

Take your yoga practice to the next step with workshops and special classes to deepen your skill and knowledge of yoga.  We  offer a variety over the year to challenge your mind and body in new ways and to explore new subject matter with guest teachers. Yoga Teachers can earn CEC's from most workshops.
