June Workshop

Resonate Flow + Sound Bath

June 30 from 6:00-7:30 - Immerse yourself in movement, stillness and sound. Begin with a gentle warm up that crescendos to an active, flow sequence fueled by the power of the breath. Ease your body into longer held passive yet supported poses that allow the systems of the body to relax, restore and be more receptive to meditation. Link to youtube here. Guest teachers Andy & Emilie Brockmann. Learn more here!

Community/Donation Classes

June brings 4 Friday night Gentle & Restorative classes to benefit Final Salute! (June 2, 9, 16, & 23) These classes are free or donation only and all proceeds go to support this worthy cause: Final Salute

It is estimated that there are currently 55,000 homeless women Veterans in the United States on any given day. For the sacrifices they and their families have made, this is an unacceptable state for any of them to be in. Final Salute also works with the Veteran in establishing her plan towards independence.
