Art of Balance Yoga offers classes for people seeking to bring more balance and wellness to their lives.
Our classes are taught by a talented and skilled group of yoga teachers who infuse their classes with their unique life experiences and deep knowledge of Yoga. Our desire is to teach each class with concentration on breath and inward focus so that all students may gain the balance they need from their own, individual practice.
We invite you to work at your own pace while fostering patience and curiosity for a well-rounded Yoga experience. We have classes ranging from Gentle Yoga to Vinyasa Flow so each student can find the level of challenge they need. If you’re looking for Workshops for continuing education or 200 Hour Teacher Training all certified through Yoga Alliance, we have excellent offerings and renowned guest teachers.
