Art of Balance Yoga Studio offers yoga classes to students seeking to bring more balance to their lives.

Our classes are taught by a talented group of certified yoga teachers who bring their different methodologies and skills to each class, giving everyone a well-rounded and enjoyable learning experience. Work at your own pace. This is a non-competitive environment to explore new things.

Your Practice, Your Way

Art of Balance Yoga offers a wide range of classes 7 days-a-week to accommodate your schedule and ability.  Classes include: Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Slow Vinyasa Flow, Gentle Yoga, Core Yoga,  Yoga All Levels, Yoga for Awareness, Yoga for Flexibility, Gentle Yoga & Restorative, and we now have Barre and Yoga Essentials!

Take your yoga practice/teaching to the next step with workshops to deepen your skill and knowledge of yoga.  We  have workshops and special classes on occasion to challenge your mind and body in new ways and explore new subject matter from guest teachers.

Kundalini: Cultivating Your Meditative Mind

October 1 from 4:30-6:00 - Join guest teacher January Slater and immerse yourself in the vibrational sound of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bells, vocal toning and overtones as you sink deep into a meditative Yin practice. Spiritual Harvest Workshop

October 15 from 2:00-5:00 - Come join guest teacher Cristina Culley and kindred spirits as we grow our practice together!
