Art of Balance Yoga Studio offers yoga classes to students seeking to bring more balance to their lives.

Our classes are taught by a talented group of certified yoga teachers who infuse their classes with their unique life experiences, skills and talents. It is our sincere hope that everyone who tries yoga with us has a well-rounded and enjoyable learning experience. We invite you to work at your own pace while fostering patience and curiosity with yourself. This is a non-competitive environment to explore new possibilities, and maybe put a smile on your face and a spring in your step.

Support Your Yoga Practice

Art of Balance Yoga offers a wide range of classes 7 days-a-week to accommodate your schedule and ability.  Classes include: Yin Yoga, Vinyasa, Slow Vinyasa Flow, Gentle Yoga, Core Yoga,  Yoga for Awareness, Yoga for Flexibility, Gentle + Restorative and Yoga for Strength + Alignment and beginning in April, Family Yoga!

Take your yoga practice to the next step with workshops and special classes to deepen your knowledge of yoga.  We  offer a variety of opportunities over the year to challenge your mind and body in new ways and to explore new subject matter with guest teachers. Yoga Teachers can earn CEC's from workshops.

This is an All Levels Yoga class is for adults and children ages 6 and up. Family yoga is very special; it is an opportunity for both adults and children to observe and learn from each other as they practice yoga together. We need Family Yoga to help us reclaim our closeness and to establish a fun and healthy activity that can be done at all ages. Most poses will be done alone though a challenge pose or two to may be offered to be done together such at back to back, side by side, holding hands, or supporting each other in some way.  Sign up for June here!

Chair Yoga

Wednesdays 10:45-12:00

Perfect for anyone who is new to Yoga, Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. Complicated maneuvers and complex movements are not present in a chair yoga class. Students will learn a wide range of yoga postures, breathing techniques, joint freeing and strengthening exercises and ways of relaxation with the aid of a chair. Drop in with your regular class pass. Sign up here
